Maintenance requests
All maintenance requests should be filed by telephone at 608.235.5634. Please do not hesitate to file maintenance requests for sites outside of your apartment (e.g. in a hallway, elevator, etc.). We ask that you file your request by telephone so that you can receive positive confirmation that we have received it, and so that you can contact our after-hours maintenance emergency line (email may not be checked until morning).
